Program Terms and Clarifications

Before you choose a format, read the definitions and conditions that shape how each program works. These notes remove ambiguity about scope, timing, and what you can expect from us.

What does the term "program" cover in this context?

A program is a structured set of educational sessions, planning steps, and review checkpoints built around a specific financial goal. It is not a managed investment service and does not involve us handling your money. Each program defines its own scope, duration, and deliverables so you know exactly what is included before you start.

Are these programs advisory services or educational formats?

All programs are educational in nature. They provide frameworks, worksheets, and guided discussions to help you make your own decisions. We do not execute trades, manage portfolios, or provide personalized investment advice unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. The distinction matters because it affects your expectations about outcomes and responsibilities.

How are the different program formats structured?

We offer three formats: a self-paced guide with downloadable materials, a live group workshop held over two weeks, and a one-on-one planning session tailored to your situation. Each format has a fixed schedule and a defined set of topics. The self-paced option suits independent learners, while the workshop and private session add direct interaction and feedback.

What happens if I need more time than the program allows?

Programs are designed to be completed within their stated timeframe, but life happens. If you need extra time, you can request a one-time extension of up to two weeks at no additional cost. Extensions beyond that are handled on a case-by-case basis and may affect the schedule of subsequent sessions if you are in a group format.

Can I switch between program formats after enrolling?

Yes, within the first three days of enrollment you can switch from a self-paced guide to a workshop or private session, or vice versa. The difference in scope is reflected in the fee, and we will adjust the invoice accordingly. After the third day, changes are only possible if there is availability in the target format and the switch does not disrupt your current progress.

What materials do I receive, and do I keep them?

You receive all worksheets, checklists, and reference documents used during the program. These are yours to keep and reuse. Recordings of live sessions are shared with participants for personal use only and are not to be redistributed. The materials are updated periodically, and past participants can request the latest versions at no charge.
